Three new reference documents have been added to the Documents category under the City of Brady.
The City's Lease agreement with MUDalistic, LLC, was added January 26. Several spelling variations of the actual name for the proposed ATV Park exist, but the City's contract is with Lessee MUDalistic, LLC, 444 Julieanne Cove, Dripping Springs, Texas. The Lessor is listed as City Manager, City of Brady. The contract is signed by Mayor Gail Lohn and Ben Siebert.
The 2011-2012 City of Brady Budget was added January 31 as a reference for several articles recently published here.
The most recent addition (February 9, 2012) is a legal document filed by the City of Brady with the Public Utility Commission, Docket No. 39592, back in August. It is a motion to intervene in Sharyland Utilities, LP, retail competition plan filed pursuant to PCU Docket No. 37990. In it, the City of Brady asks that “... Brady customers should be excluded from Sharyland's outreach and education program.” It requests that Brady customers be informed that they are subject to the requirements of the City's “switchover ordinance”.
Bill Neslage has added seven new documents since the first of the year, including five new KNEL Radio ads. This brings the total number of Neslage Documents to twenty-seven.
